1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Refund Process

• Ship the item to our provided return address.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and customized products are non-returnable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
